Price Point - 

  1. Our ideal purchase price is between $50k - $600k (This is just the purchase price, not the all in price)

  2. Our “sweet spot” purchase price is in the $75k to $300k range.


Types of Homes - 

Ranch, any types of split level, 2 story, 1.5 story, reverse ranch or bungalow.

Newer than 1940
